Hezbollah reads us 'like an open book': Israeli media on Hoopoe video
Israeli media report extensively on the Israeli air defenses' failure to intercept Hezbollah's Hoopoe drone.
Unlike its previous videos of Haifa and the Golan Heights, Hezbollah this time published the date its drone filmed a video, and for the first time since the war began, threatened the commander of Ramat David Airbase and published his picture, Israeli media highlighted, commenting on the Islamic Resistance's latest special episode of the series that it named, "This is what the Hoopoe came back with."
The Military Media of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah released on Wednesday aerial footage of an Israeli military airbase captured by its drones north of occupied Palestine on Tuesday.
The special episode showed the Ramat David Airbase, the only Israeli military airbase in northern occupied Palestine, which is 46 kilometers from the Lebanese border.
The video captured by the Hoopoe drone, which successfully evaded Israeli surveillance and interception systems for the third time, showed all the facilities associated with the Ramat David airbase.
The media pointed out that the fact that Hezbollah revealed intelligence about the base commander’s name, his command center, and his residence "constitutes an unprecedented level of threat."
According to the media, a change in the Israeli mentality is necessary, as "Hezbollah threatens the very existence of Israel."
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon has released the third episode of the "Hoopoe" series.

The Israeli Army radio emphasized that Hezbollah's latest video includes detailed documentation of the squadrons at the Ramot David Airbase and the location of each, as well as that of hangars, runways, three Iron Dome batteries, and ammunition warehouses.
On its part, the Israeli newspaper Israel Hayom suggested that "Hezbollah continues its psychological warfare, today presenting a threat to the Israeli Air Force."
Hezbollah's latest video 'worrying, dangerous'
In the same vein, Israeli media warned that Hezbollah's documentation of the Ramat David airbase is "very worrying and dangerous," as it showed "extremely sensitive sites in Israel."
"How was this drone not intercepted during its flight? What is the excuse this time?" the media added.
The media indicated that Hezbollah's video, which lasted more than eight minutes, clarifies "Israel's" weakness and represents "a disgrace", as the group "flies over Ramat David Airbase without hindrance, recording what it wants, without any disturbance or attempt to intercept its drone."
They pointed out that the Lebanese Resistance group's video is "very concerning not only because Hezbollah evaded radar and all air defense systems but also because this is not the first time this has happened."
The most worrying aspect, according to Israeli media, is that "Hezbollah knows the base's operating system," questioning, "How does Hezbollah know important and sensitive information that only a few in Israel know?"
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon has released a special episode of the Hoopoe series. However, this time they revealed details on the Israeli Ramat David Airbase.

Israeli military attempts to avoid embarrassment
Next time "there could be 20 explosive drones that will destroy the [Ramot David] base," Israeli media mentioned, amid extensive coverage of the Israeli air defenses' failure to intercept Hezbollah's drone.
They lambasted the Israeli military's failure to draw lessons from previous Hezbollah breaches and find solutions to the group's drones to date, not to mention the military's insistence on depending on the Iron Dome and aircraft while disregarding alternative solutions.
They even mocked how "Israel" is investing hundreds of millions of shekels and dollars to launch satellites for similar footage, yet Hezbollah is doing it with simple means.
In the same context, the media touched on the Israeli military's downplaying of Hezbollah's footage that the video "was filmed by an unmanned aerial vehicle for photography purposes only," suggesting that the spokesperson of the Israeli military was trying to avoid embarrassment.
Commenting on the Israeli military statement, Noam Amir, the military commentator on the Israeli Channel 14, questioned, "What's up with allowing the party [Hezbollah] to film one of the most important airbases? What is wrong with you?"
Hezbollah reads us 'like an open book"
Moreover, the Israeli newspaper Maariv also commented on Hezbollah's Hoopoe video, saying, "They read us like an open book."
The newspaper cited an Israeli military official as saying that the fact that Hezbollah's drone was able to fly "deep into the area is worrying," adding that "it is unclear why the drone was not intercepted over the base."
Meanwhile, the Israeli platform Intelli Times considered that Hezbollah's newest documentation is "unacceptable in terms of field security, the time spent flying over the base, and the lack of disruption or interception means."
The platform also affirmed that, in terms of the battle of maintaining awareness, "Hezbollah is the winner thus far."
