The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah confirmed early Friday that its fighters targeted Israeli occupation soldiers and military vehicles in the al-Malikiyah site with artillery shells and rocket artillery, achieving direct hits.
Later Hezbollah said its Resistance fighters targeted an Israeli military vehicle at the entrance to the "Metulla" site with a guided missile, resulting in its destruction and inflicting casualties and injuries among its crew. Israeli media reported that a soldier was injured by an anti-tank missile fired toward the site.
Hezbollah reiterated that the operations come in support of the steadfast Palestinian people and their brave Resistance.
On Thursday, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon said its fighters carried out five operations against Israeli occupation forces and military vehicles along the border with occupied Palestine.
Eastern Sector:
1. At 3:50 pm, Hezbollah engaged an Israeli technical team while maintaining technical and espionage equipment at the Bayyad Blida site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Chouba Hills with artillery shells.
2. At 5:20 pm, Resistance fighters attacked the Roueissat al-Alam site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Chouba Hills with artillery shells.
3. At 5:45 pm, Resistance fighters attacked the Roueissat al-Qarn site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms with rocket artillery.
Western Sector:
1. At 1:45 pm, Hezbollah fighters bombed the headquarters of the renovated "Liman" battalion headquarters with artillery shells.
2. At 2:08 pm, Hezbollah fighters engaged Israeli soldiers' positions behind the Jal al-Allam site with rocket artillery.
Hezbollah also published footage showing its Resistance fighters engaging a gathering of Israeli occupation soldiers in the settlement of "Metulla" along the border with occupied Palestine.
