Hezbollah rockets, drones hit Israeli settlements, soldier groupings
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon continues its operations against the Israeli occupation, targeting military bases, settlements, and groupings of soldiers.
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah continued Monday its military operations in defense of Lebanon and in support of the resilient people of Gaza and their Resistance, amid the ongoing Israeli aggression.
In a series of operations, Hezbollah pounded Israeli military bases, settlements, and soldier groupings and positions across the Lebanese-Palestinian border and deep into occupied territories, particularly the occupied north.
Hezbollah's fighters launched their first operation only five minutes past midnight on Monday, targeting the Ayelet HaShahar settlement in the occupied Golan Heights with a large rocket salvo, as part of its warnings against a number of Israeli settlements in the occupied north.
Within the same paradigm of warnings, the Sha'al, Hatzor, and Dalton settlements also came under Hezbollah fire with a missile salvo, seven minutes past midnight. At 11:45 am, a large barrage of rockets struck Nahariya.
At the same time, Hezbollah coordinated another attack targeting the Aerial Monitoring Unit at the Meron Base with a barrage of rockets. At 9:00 am, the Meron Air Surveillance Base came under attack with a large barrage of rockets.
During the early hours of Monday morning, the Lebanese Resistance carried out a rocket attack at the occupied city of Safad, as well as Krayot, north of occupied Haifa, using another rocket salvo.
Israeli soldier groupings in the Manara settlement were targeted on Sunday night, as well as the Yiftah settlement on Monday morning, after the deployment of two separate swarms of one-way attack drones. Another soldier grouping in the southern Lebanese town of Maroun al-Ras was precisely struck by Hezbollah using drones.
In a series of increasing operations, Islamic Resistance fighters launched a wave of rocket attacks targeting multiple sites across northern occupied territories, including the settlements of Kadmat Tzvi and Eilat HaShahar with successive rocket barrages, intensifying pressure on the region.
Additionally, the Meron base, a critical site for air operations monitoring and management, was hit by rockets for the third time.
Further escalating the operations, the fighters targeted the northern outskirts of the occupied city of Safad, along with a movement of Israeli soldiers on the northeastern edges of Maroun al-Ras. The Resistance's actions underscored its recent warnings directed at northern settlements, following through with an array of strikes aimed at military targets in the area.

Hezbollah operations quadrupled in October
More than 15 explosions were heard over Akka and Nahariya following a rocket barrage launched from Lebanon, coinciding with the sound of sirens.
The Israeli Channel 14 reported that around 30 rockets were fired from Lebanon toward Nahariya and western al-Jalil. Israeli media outlets reported that about 120,000 Israelis fled to shelters amid the rocket launch.
An analysis from the Israeli Alma Institute revealed a significant surge in operations launched by Hezbollah in the face of "Israel", with the frequency increasing by a staggering fourfold in October.
According to details reported by the Israeli newspaper Maariv, Hezbollah executed a total of 1,158 operations against "Israel" throughout the month, marking a dramatic escalation.
Researchers Tal Barry and Dana Pollack reported that, after analyzing data from the onset of the attacks in October 2023 through October 2024, a total of 3,235 operations were recorded. This amounts to an average of approximately 270 attacks per month, highlighting a sustained pattern of operations.
The Institute noted that "the attacks increased roughly four times the monthly average, signaling a dangerous escalation that unfolded throughout this month."
