Hezbollah strikes Jabal al-Sheikh spy base defying Gallant threats
Hezbollah launched an attack with numerous squadrons of attack drones on the long-range technical and electronic reconnaissance center in the eastern direction of Jabal al-Sheikh.
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon announced launching an attack with swarms of attack drones on the long-range technical reconnaissance center in Mount Hermon/Jabal al-Sheikh.
The attack occurred less than an hour after the Israeli occupation's Security Minister Yoav Gallant threatened Lebanon from Jabal al-Sheikh.
Gallant published documentation of the operational situation assessment in Jabal al-Sheikh to target Hezbollah, according to Israeli media.
The operational assessment, during which Gallant claimed to "continue fighting Hezbollah," was attended by the numerous IOF commanders and battalions operation in Jabal al-Sheikh and the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms sector. He also spoke afterward with the fighters of the "53rd Battalion" in armored vehicles.
Gallant claimed that even if there was a ceasefire in Gaza, "Israel" would continue to fight and do "whatever is necessary" regarding Lebanon, citing that the IOF is prepared for "anything" and if the Lebanese Resistance does not allow Israeli settlers to return to the North, "we will act."
An Israeli media outlet reported that a short time ago, the Israeli minister of security published "documentation of the operational situation assessment" in Jabal al-Sheikh, but surprisingly, a few minutes later "a Hezbollah attack was documented" towards the summit of the mountain.
Hezbollah launched an attack with numerous squadrons of attack drones on the long-range technical and electronic reconnaissance center in the eastern direction of Jabal al-Sheikh.
In a statement, it confirmed that the suicide drones hit the occupation's dome, its espionage and intelligence equipment, and its technical systems, which led to the destruction of the targeted devices and the outbreak of a large fire.
The importance of the target
The long-range technical and electronic reconnaissance center on the eastern side of Jabal al-Sheikh which the Resistance targeted with its drones, represents the highest since the beginning of the war on Gaza as it is located at 2,230 meters above sea level on the highest peaks of the mountain in the occupied Syrian Golan.
The peak provides coverage and monitoring in the eastern direction from Syria to Iraq, Jordan, Tabuk, and up to the Iranian border.
It includes electronic, espionage, intelligence, and technical Israeli systems that are considered among the most advanced in the world.

Hezbollah attacks with 100+ rockets, 250K Israelis hide in shelters
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah launched over 100 rockets toward the Israeli occupation on Sunday, forcing a quarter of a million settlers to seek safety in shelters, as part of the movement's response against the Israeli assassinations of its officials in Lebanon, according to Israeli media.
While sirens continue sounding in the occupied north, as confirmed by several Israeli media outlets, an Axios correspondent in occupied Palestine, Barak Ravid, reported, citing US officials, that an American citizen was wounded in Hezbollah's rocket attack against an Israeli military site on the Lebanese-Palestinian border.
The reason for the American's presence in the closed military location remains unknown, the correspondent said.
Israeli media further revealed that the US citizen's wounds were extensive and serious, and were sustained as a result of an anti-tank missile launched from Lebanon toward Zar'it.
Adar Gitsis, Israeli Channel 12's correspondent in northern occupied Palestine, additionally confirmed that the targeting took place at 2 pm, Sunday at noon, and that the wounded individual was American, not an Israeli settler with American nationality, adding that the "difficult" incident wounded two others, who were transported to a hospital in Nahariya.
Israeli media also stated that the number of wounded increased to four, with two being in critical condition.
