Hoopoe mission has Haifa, Kiryat Shmona mayors in desperate straits
Mayors of Haifa and Kiryat Shmona voice alarm over Hezbollah's drone footage and ongoing threats.
Israeli occupation's Haifa mayor, Yona Yahav, called for the removal of "polluting factories" from the city, which have become a target for Hezbollah. This statement followed the release of footage by the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah, using the drone "Hoopoe" to showcase their targets.
Speaking to Channel 12, Yahav emphasized that Haifa's authorities are entirely unprepared for any scenario of an all-out war because the Israeli occupation's government does not cooperate with the settlement's municipality.

Avichai Stern, mayor of the Kiryat Shmona settlement, held the Israeli occupation government responsible for the lack of preparation for the upcoming possible war with the Resistance, asserting that Hezbollah, who trains continuously, will face the Israeli occupation forces, which he described as "military police" guarding the gates.
Stern stated that the Israeli occupation government had forgotten about them, confirming that Israeli officials had not visited the settlement's municipality to consult with them on the latest developments.
In this context, Stern, also confirmed, in an interview for Channel 14, that Hezbollah completely destroyed 60 houses in the area, with other houses suffering significant damage, not to mention the damage to the infrastructure and roads.
He added that since the start of the Israeli aggression on Gaza and the opening of the support front in Lebanon, Hezbollah has carried out more than 1,000 targeting operations in the city.
Stern highlighted the lack of communication with the Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, whom Israeli media described as an "Olympic champion in evading responsibility for failure."
Undetected, Hezbollah Hoopoe mission exposes sensitive Israeli sites
The Military Media of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah released Tuesday footage showing its reconnaissance drones flying over swathes of occupied Palestinian land, including Kiryat Shmona, Nahariya, Safad, Karmiel, Afula, all the way to Haifa and its port.
Titled "This is what the Hoopoe came back with," the nine-minute-and-a-half video captured footage and exposed sensitive Israeli sites. Hezbollah indicated that the video was only the first episode of more yet to come, highlighting that the drones bypassed Israeli air defenses and returned to Lebanese airspace undetected.
The published footage included intelligence about Israeli sites inside occupied Palestine and clearly showed that the drone arrived at the port of Haifa intact. Hezbollah's drones brought back footage and information about sensitive sites they captured over Haifa starting with the port itself to oil refineries and military factories, not to mention the locations of military battleships and important economic hubs in the port.
