The confrontations resulted in several injuries and suffocation cases among Palestinians, as Israeli occupation forces heavily fired toxic gas canisters.

Al Mayadeen correspondent revealed earlier that a Palestinian youth was reportedly martyred while confronting Israeli occupation forces in the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan.

At first, the Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed that the injured Palestinian’s condition was critical, having been shut straight in the head, and he was rushed to the hospital for treatment. However, he later succumbed to his wounds despite all attempts to save him.

Local sources indicated that confrontations broke out after illegal Israeli settlers stormed the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, attacked citizens' properties, and brutally assaulted farmers in the area.

There were calls for all Palestinians to come out and stand up against the Israeli settlers’ attacks.

Eyewitnesses said that "settlers attacked a group of citizens in the northern area of Qarawat Bani Hassan and opened fire on them." Rayyan was shot straight in the head and was later martyred after succumbing to his wounds, the eyewitnesses confirmed.

It is noteworthy that the number of Palestinian martyrs that have fallen so far at the hands of occupation forces and settlers since the beginning of this year has risen to 46, including nine children, an elderly woman, and a prisoner who was martyred inside an Israeli occupation prison due to medical negligence.
