IOF acknowledge death of officer in Rafah, south Gaza
As the Palestinian Resistance continues confronting the Israeli occupation forces, the latter admits the death of one of its officers in Rafah.
The Israeli army spokesperson acknowledged the death of an officer, with the rank of captain, who served in the 46th Battalion of the 401st Brigade, during a battle in the southern Gaza Strip.
In turn, the Israeli army radio correspondent said that the Israeli officer was killed after an anti-tank missile was fired at his tank in Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Although the Israeli occupation forces have been operating in Rafah for over six months, the correspondent noted that the Palestinian Resistance groups continue working to confront and strike the IOF, particularly by carrying out anti-tank missile launches, detonating explosive devices, and executing sniping operations.
'Security incident' in Gaza
The Palestinian Resistance continues valiantly confronting the Israeli invading forces in the Gaza Strip as part of Operation al-Aqsa Flood, carrying out significant and complex operations, and inflicting losses among their ranks.
On Saturday, the al-Quds Brigades targeted an Israeli military D9 bulldozer with a Tandem charge near al-Shaer Mall in the al-Janina neighborhood, east of Rafah, in cooperation with the al-Qasam Brigades.
Israeli media, on the other hand, reported a security incident against Israeli occupation soldiers on Saturday, without providing additional details.
On Friday, the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades announced the targeting of Israeli soldier gatherings and vehicles in the Netzarim axis, central Gaza, using two 107 rockets.
