The Israeli occupation police arrested on Sunday a 13-year-old boy from Al-Isawiya in occupied Al-Quds, on suspicion of intending to carry out an alleged stabbing attack, claiming that a knife was found in his possession.

Israeli media indicated that the occupation police transferred the child for interrogation, adding that the 13-year-old will be presented on Sunday to court to discuss extending his detention.

In a related case, Israeli sources reported on Saturday the martyrdom of Tareq Odeh Maali, 42, after he was shot by the IOF for allegedly attempting to carry out a stabbing attack near Ras Karkar, west of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.

A few days ago, the Palestinian Ministry of Health also announced that a Palestinian youth called Sanad Muhammad Othman Samamra from the town of Al-Dhahiriya was shot dead by the IOF near the "Havat Yehuda" illegal settlement, near Al-Khalil, following an alleged stabbing operation.

Earlier, illegal Israeli settlers attacked the Samreen family neighborhood in occupied Al-Quds and threatened the residents with forcible expulsion.

In the same context, Palestinian youths responded to the attacks of the Israeli occupation forces in the town of Azzun, east of Qalqilya, while the checkpoint of the "Shavei Shomron" illegal settlement, northwest of Nablus, was targeted with bullets.

Elsewhere, confrontations erupted between Palestinians and the occupation forces in the town of Al-Khader, south of Beit Lahm.
