In Jenin, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced that its Resistance fighters engaged in fierce confrontations with Israeli occupation forces in multiple areas in the city and its refugee camp.

The Palestinian Resistance confirmed that it targeted Israeli forces with explosive devices during the incursion into Jenin.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent had reported violent confrontations between Resistance fighters and Israeli forces in the city center of Jenin, especially near the cinema roundabout, as Israeli military bulldozers began destroying some streets in the city.

The Jenin Brigade - Al-Quds Brigades also confronted the Israeli incursion into the Jenin refugee camp, forcing the raiding forces to withdraw.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent mentioned that the occupation forces withdrew from Jenin and its camp after encountering fierce resistance from the city's youths who confronted the raiding forces with light weapons and explosive devices.

Israeli occupation forces had fired illuminating flares in the sky of Jenin, and the sounds of homemade explosive devices echoed during the Israeli incursion into the city.

Our correspondent said the Israeli occupation brought reinforcements consisting of dozens of military vehicles and bulldozers from the Dotan checkpoint and camp toward Jenin, adding that Israeli reconnaissance aircraft were flying over the city and its camp.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) confirmed that its crews dealt with an injury in the thigh from live ammunition in the town of Arraba near Jenin, adding that the injured person was transferred to the hospital.

The PRCS also noted that Israeli occupation forces detained an ambulance and searched it in the vicinity of the Jenin refugee camp.

Palestinian sources told Al Mayadeen that three Palestinians were injured on Saturday evening, one seriously, during confrontations between youths and the Israeli occupation forces during their incursion into the town of Arraba, southwest of Jenin.

Moreover, armed confrontations were reported between Palestinian Resistance fighters and Israeli occupation forces in the town of Azzun, east of Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank.
