IOF arrest Palestinians in West Bank raids amid confrontations
Israeli occupation forces storm several West Bank towns and villages, from Nablus to Tulkarm, and conduct arrest campaigns against Palestinians.
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) raided several towns and villages in the West Bank, during the early hours of Thursday until dawn, but were confronted by the Palestinian Resistance.
In Tulkarm, a storming infantry force was confronted by the al-Qassam's Tulkarm Brigade, forcing its members to retreat to their military outposts, which were then targeted by the Resistance fighters before they safely withdrew to their positions.
Meanwhile, Palestinian media reported that Resistance fighters engaged IOF soldiers with an Improvised Explosive Device (IED). Resistance fighters also fired at occupation soldiers storming Tulkarm.

In Qalqilya, occupation forces arrested two Palestinian youths, Hamza Nawfal and Ibrahim Mtouli, before they withdrew from the town.

In Nablus, in the northern West Bank, clashes erupted between Resistance fighters and occupation forces in the Old City, where the latter stormed the al-Qaryoun neighborhood.
Israeli forces stormed the Roman amphitheater in the Ras al-Ain area of Nablus, and the Fatayer area from the direction of Jabal el-Tur. They also raided the al-Khadra Mosque in the al-Yasmina neighborhood, as well as Aqraba, south of Nablus, and the village of Sebastia, north of it. Later, the occupation forces gradually withdrew from the city.
In the central West Bank, specifically in northern Ramallah, Israeli forces arrested Palestinian youth Ahmed Sharaka during a raid on the Jalazone camp.

Later, the occupation forces retreated from al-Khalil and headed to Surif and the al-Dahr area in the town of Beit Emr, north of the West Bank.
They also stormed the town of Idhna, west of al-Khalil, and the city of Dura, south of it. Meanwhile, settlers attacked Palestinian homes and lands in Khallet al-Daba in Masafer Yatta, also south of al-Khalil.
Clashes erupted between the Resistance fighters and the occupation forces, during a raid south of the city of al-Khalil.
'Israel' approved largest West Bank land seizure in over 30 years
The largest seizure of land in the occupied West Bank in more than three decades has been just approved by "Israel", according to anti-settlement watchdog Peace Now, which could further exacerbate tensions already on the rise since the Israeli genocide on Gaza started on October 7.
The approved seizure involves 12.7 square kilometers (nearly 5 square miles) of land in the Jordan Valley. This, according to the group's research, constitutes the largest single seizure approved since the 1993 Oslo Accords
Following the seizure of 8 square kilometers (about 3 square miles) of land in the occupied West Bank in March and 2.6 square kilometers (1 square mile) in February, today's land seizure was approved late last month but was only made public on Wednesday.
The contiguous settlements are situated northeast of Ramallah, and the occupation has classified them as "state lands", meaning that Palestinians cannot own them and they can only be leased to Israelis.
