IOF celebrate settler who took part in 1948 Deir Yassin massacre
Israeli occupation forces rely on a 95-year-old settler who took part in the Deir Yassin massacre to "motivate" their troops.
A 95-year-old settler has become the oldest Israeli reservist to join the Israeli occupation forces amid the Palestinian Resistance's Operation Al-Aqsa Flood and a continuing Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip.
The Israel National News website shared a photo of the settler, identified as Ezra Yachin, in his IOF uniform and holding a weapon.
The news website indicated that Yachin has been called back up to "motivate" Israeli occupation forces "and to recount how he survived Arab pogroms in Jerusalem [occupied al-Quds] during his childhood."
According to the Israeli news website, Yachin served as a combat soldier with the radical Stern Zionist gang, also known as Lehi.
At 95, Ezra Yachin is the oldest IDF reservist. Prior to the foundation of the state, Yachin fought for the Lehi underground. He was called up for reserves service to motivate the IDF troops and to recount how he survived Arab pogroms in Jerusalem during his childhood. https://t.co/seqHbL8VOP

However, the Israel National News deliberately left out the part that Lehi took part in the Deir Yassin massacre that Zionist gangs committed against Palestinians.
On April 9, 1948, the bloodthirsty Irgun and Lehi Zionist gangs brutally attacked the Palestinian village of Deir Yassin near al-Quds, forcibly displacing its residents, committing horrible atrocities against them, and murdering around 107 to 120 civilians, including women, children, and elderly individuals.
The exact number of Palestinians killed at the hands of the criminal Zionist gangs remains unknown. The massacre had a significant impact on the Palestinian population, leading to the forcible displacement of the village's residents from their homeland and spreading fear among Palestinian citizens in other villages.
It is noteworthy that the Deir Yassin massacre is only a sample of the ethnic cleansing that the Zionist gangs committed against the Palestinian people, which led to their Nakba (catastrophe) in 1948.
During the 1948 Palestinian #Nakba, the Israeli Givati Brigade depopulated Zarnuqa on May 27 and 28.

Years later, after "Israel" launched its brutal aggression on the #Gaza Strip, #Palestinian resistance shelled the "Rehovot" settlement, which was built on the ruins of Zarnuqa,… pic.twitter.com/UJS772GPMg
During the Nakba, more than 15,000 Palestinians were martyred and more than 800,000 out of 1.4 million Palestinians were displaced from their villages and cities, with the majority heading to the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and neighboring Arab countries.
Once again, "Israel" celebrates its settlers who took part in ethnically cleansing Palestinians and stealing their homeland without being held accountable for their horrible crimes.
This comes as the Israeli occupation continues to commit dozens of massacres against the Palestinian people in Gaza, wiping entire neighborhoods and razing them to the ground, and cutting electricity and water off the besieged Strip amid the silence of the international community that is busy condemning Palestinian Resistance fighters attempting to liberate their occupied lands and prisoners -- a role which the international community miserably failed to play.
According to its latest figures, the Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed that the number of Gazans killed in the Israeli aggression has risen to 1100 martyrs.
