Palestinian Resistance fighters targeted Wednesday Al-Jalama checkpoint northeast of Jenin in the occupied West Bank with a locally-made powerful explosive device, as confirmed by local sources.
Resistance fighters frequently target Israeli occupation checkpoints deployed in Jenin in response to the constant IOF raids and the arrest and killing of Palestinians, in addition to demolishing their houses and seizing their properties.
On Thursday, the IOF carried out a campaign of raids against the residents of the occupied West Bank, after which the Prisoners Information Office confirmed the arrest of the released prisoners Nasser Mohammad Al-Rajub and Mushir Al-Shahateet in the west of Al-Khalil.
The IOF also detained Souhaib Al-Shabah from his residence in the village of Umm Safa west of Ramallah, as well as Louay Abu Alia after raiding his house in the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, in addition to Hisham and Yazid Rayan from their home in Beit Duqu northwest of occupied Al-Quds.
On Wednesday, violent confrontations erupted between Palestinian Resistance fighters and the IOF while the latter were storming the Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West Bank.
