IOF Gaza Division commander resigns amid failure against Resistance
Avi Rosenfeld, the commander of the Gaza Division, has resigned from position, urging others to claim responsibility for their failures as well.
The commander of the 143rd Gaza Division in the Israeli occupation military, Avi Rosenfeld, resigned from his position after admitting to his failure against the Palestinian Resistance, eight months after the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood was launched.
Rosenfeld said he had "failed in the mission of his life, to protect the Gaza envelope," stressing that "everyone should hold responsibility" for the Israeli failure since October 7.

It is worth noting that Resistance fighters were able to break into the Gaza Division base on October 7, during Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.
Several reports and investigations showed that the Palestinian Resistance was profoundly knowledgeable about the Israeli sites in the Gaza envelope, while the Israeli occupation army showcased an inferior performance and poor organization, amid the absence of a combat plan, which pushed occupation soldiers to communicate through social media platforms to identify their targets.
Investigations also showed a catastrophic failure in Israeli intelligence and a severe failure for the Israeli occupation itself, exhibited in the occupation forces' performance against the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza, as well as the killing of several settlers in the Gaza envelope at the hands of the IOF.
According to an investigation by the occupation army, it realized that the location of the Gaza Division's command headquarters, which is directly at the border fence, damaged its ability to command and control until it was completely neutralized during combat.
