IOF impose siege on al-Aqsa Mosque amid calls for mobilization
Israeli occupation forces prevent Palestinians from reaching al-Aqsa Mosque for Friday prayers while simultaneously conducting raids across the occupied West Bank.
Israeli occupation forces imposed a strict siege on al-Aqsa Mosque and the Old City of occupied al-Quds, according to local Palestinian media outlets.
Concurrently, Israeli occupation forces were deployed to Ras al-Amud neighborhood in occupied al-Quds to prevent worshippers from reaching al-Aqsa Mosque.
IOF assaulted a Palestinian woman while on her way to al-Aqsa Mosque to perform Friday prayers. Additionally, Israeli occupation forces used wastewater to disperse worshippers in Wadi al-Joz neighborhood in occupied al-Quds.
Calls for mobilization amid incitement for Al-Aqsa storming
Palestinian activists in occupied al-Quds and the occupied territories of 1948 called for mobilization at the blessed al-Aqsa Mosque to break the siege as part of a "million-man demonstration" initiative.
They emphasized the need for continuous mobilization and organizing rallies at al-Aqsa mosque to break the imposed siege on the Holy Mosque since the beginning of October 7.
Furthermore, they affirmed that this step is capable of making a difference despite unprecedented restrictions since October 7, amid persistent mobilization, accumulated efforts, and demonstrated resilience.
Palestinian activists in the occupied territories of 1948 announced the organization of convoys to al-Aqsa where participants will be stationed to participate in its reconstruction, gather in its blessed squares, and break the siege imposed on it for more than 90 days now.
It is worth noting that Israeli intelligence recently intensified its efforts through fake accounts to intimidate Palestinians in occupied al-Quds and occupied territories of 1948 and warn them against participating in the "million-man demonstration" initiative.
Resistance confronts IOF raids in West Bank, one martyr reported
Israeli occupation forces conducted massive raids in various areas of cities in the West Bank on Friday at dawn.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the martyrdom of the young Palestinian, Asid al-Rimawi, (17 years old), by occupation bullets during their raid into the town of Beit Rima, northwest of the city of Ramallah. Four others were injured, including two reported in critical condition.
At the outset of the raid, local Palestinian media reported, "Seven injuries caused by occupation gunfire were transferred to the clinic in the town of Beit Rima." Additionally, the occupation army detained three young men after opening fire on them in an ambush during the town's raid.
In Nablus, in the northern and central West Bank, the occupation forces invaded the Balata refugee camp, where Resistance fighters and the IOF engaged in confrontations after the occupation raided the camp.
Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades announced, in a brief statement, that its fighters ambushed an Israeli military force after the invasion of the Balata camp, targeting it with gunfire and explosives, injuring several Israeli occupation soldiers.
The Palestinian Red Crescent stated that the Israeli occupation army directly fired on ambulance vehicles, preventing medical crews and ambulances from reaching the injured in the Hashashin neighborhood of Balata camp. Media sources also confirmed the injury of a Palestinian youth by Israeli gunfire inside the camp.
Israeli forces carried out a series of extensive raids, on Thursday, in several areas of the West Bank. The most notable was the raid into the Nur Shams refugee camp in Tulkarm in the northern West Bank for two consecutive days. During these operations, the Israeli forces conducted arrests and committed assaults against Palestinians and their properties.
It is worth noting that the Israeli raid and arrest campaigns into cities and camps in the West Bank have been ongoing since October 7. This continuous aggression coincides with the ongoing Israeli genocide against Palestinians in Gaza, which has entered its 91st day.
