The Israeli occupation forces renewed their aggression, on Sunday morning, targeting the Southern Suburb of the Lebanese capital, Beirut, even venturing into previously unstruck regions.

The new aggression with several airstrikes hit residential buildings, causing significant damage, including to a church in the Hadath area.

One of the airstrikes targeted a residential building near the Saint George Hospital in Hadath, and footage from Al Mayadeen showed extensive destruction in the area, which also affected the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption.

Additionally, another Israeli airstrike hit a 12-story residential building at the intersection of Mar Mikhael Church in the Chiyah area of southern Beirut, completely destroying the structure.

Other Israeli airstrikes targeted the Burj al-Barajneh area, near Ali Nasser Secondary School, and the Burj al-Hidaya School, both located within the Southern Suburb.

The Israeli occupation forces have continued to threaten further strikes on buildings in Beirut's Southern Suburb.

In southern Lebanon, Israeli occupation planes launched eight airstrikes on the town of Roumine and its outskirts, seven on the town of Jibsheet, and one on the town of Deir al-Zahrani. Two artillery shells fell near the Lebanese Electricity Corporation's station in Jdeidet Marjayoun.

Israeli forces also bombed the town of Khiam, accompanied by heavy artillery shelling and the use of cluster bombs along the Litani River.

The towns of Batouliyeh, Ramadiyeh, and Chaaitiyeh in the Tyre district were also heavily shelled, while Israeli airstrikes targeted homes in the town of Tayr Harfa.

Lebanese health authorities released the latest death toll of the Israeli aggression on Lebanon, on Saturday, stating that 3,452 people were martyred and 14,664 were injured.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health said that five people were martyred and 65 others were wounded on Friday.

An Israeli airstrike on the town of al-Khreibeh in the Bekaa killed six civilians, including two children and a three-year-old toddler. 11 other civilians were injured, including five children, two of whom are critically wounded, the ministry said.

A paramedic was also martyred by Israeli occupation forces in the town of Burj Rahal while carrying out his duty to provide emergency medical assistance. Meanwhile, another paramedic was martyred, four others were injured, and two others were reported missing, after Israeli aircraft targeted an ambulance in Kfar Tibnit, in southern Lebanon.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that seven citizens, all from the same family, were martyred in an Israeli massacre that targeted the town of Arabsalim in the Nabatiyeh district.

Multiple Israeli airstrikes targeted areas in Deir al-Zahrani, Zawtar al-Sharqiya, Dbine, and Marjayoun, as well as the towns of Aramta, al-Aishiya, and Wadi al-Kfour in the south.

Khiam was also shelled by Israeli artillery and raided by warplanes on Saturday, according to our correspondent. Concurrently, the coastal city of Tyre has been subjected to an intensification of Israeli airstrikes.

The Israeli regime also renewed its assault on the southern suburbs of Beirut, launching over 10 airstrikes that specifically targeted residential areas and buildings.
