IOF kill two people in Tubas, as Resistance confronts West Bank raids
Palestinian Resistance fighters in the West Bank engaged Israeli occupation forces in fierce confrontations.
The Palestinian Resistance in the West Bank confronted Israeli occupation forces during incursions in several cities, using gunfire and explosive devices.
These confrontations were marked by intense fighting, repression, and mass detention campaigns carried out by the occupation forces.
In Tubas, the al-Qassam Brigades announced that its fighters engaged the Israeli occupation forces in fierce confrontations with automatic weapons near the city’s main street, forcing the IOF to withdraw. During the incursion, the Israeli occupation launched an airstrike on Tubas, killing two Palestinians.
In a precedented move, medical teams were prevented from reaching the martyrs as Israeli occupation forces detained their bodies.
Earlier, an undercover Israeli occupation special unit infiltrated central Tubas disguised in civilian clothing and stormed a money exchange company.
Once their presence was revealed, the Israeli occupation deployed reinforcements and military vehicles in various neighborhoods, seizing equipment and documents from the company. During the operation, a young man from Tubas was detained.
Home demolitions and detention campaigns in al-Quds and the West Bank
Amid the intensifying Israeli occupation's aggression, Israeli bulldozers demolished a house in al-Walaja village, south of occupied al-Quds, while raids and mass detention campaigns were carried out across the West Bank.
Armed confrontations erupted in the Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus, as an Israeli occupation special force stormed the area. The al-Quds Brigades - Nablus Brigade confirmed targeting the occupation forces with heavy gunfire, while the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades - Nablus stated it used automatic weapons and explosive devices during the clashes.
In Qalqilya, Israeli occupation forces detained Suleiman al-Qaisi, his sons Hamdi and Mohammed, and his brother Nidal during a raid in the al-Qaraan neighborhood. In Qibya, west of Ramallah, Mohammed Ali Ghaithan Abu Awad and his son Ali were detained. Several Palestinians were also detained in Silwad, east of Ramallah, after their homes were raided.
In Dura, south of al-Khalil, dozens of Palestinians were released after being detained, interrogated, and mistreated during a morning raid. Confrontations broke out at the entrance to Dheisheh refugee camp in Beit Lahm following the detention of three young men.
In Yabad, south of Jenin, Israeli occupation forces carried out an extensive detention campaign, detaining more than 24 individuals, including Anas Hamarsha, the son of Hamas leader Adnan Hamarsha.
Others detained included Ahmed Adnan al-Kilani and his son Banan, Mahmoud Ghassan Kabha, Abdul Rahman Sami Mar'i, Mohammed Amarna, Jareer Amarna, Ayham Amarna, and Hisham Kilani. During the raid, al-Quds Brigades - Jenin Brigade announced it had targeted Israeli occupation forces in Yabad with homemade explosives, achieving direct hits.
Near occupied al-Quds, Israeli occupation forces detained a Palestinian woman at the Za'im military checkpoint. Local media identified her as Nafisa Ibrahim al-Hout, an educator. She was detained and taken to an Israeli police station, where her detention was extended until Thursday.
