Israeli forces shoot and arrest a young Palestinian in Al-Bireh as raids and settler attacks escalate across the occupied West Bank.

Israeli occupation forces shot and wounded a young Palestinian man on Tuesday evening in the center of Al-Bireh city in the occupied West Bank before arresting him.
According to local sources, an Israeli undercover unit infiltrated the Hasba area of Al-Bireh, followed by military reinforcements, and detained Ali Abu Atiya, a resident of Al-Amari refugee camp, while he was selling vegetables.

Widespread raids and clashes in West Bank towns
Earlier today, Israeli forces stormed Qabatiya, south of Jenin, sparking confrontations with local youth. Military reinforcements, including a “Namer” armored vehicle, were deployed amid the ongoing raid.
In parallel, Israeli troops raided the Old Askar refugee camp near Nablus, Kafr Qaddum in Qalqilya, and Al-Rihya village in al-Khalil, conducting house searches and spreading across several neighborhoods.
Meanwhile, settlers reportedly set fire to agricultural lands near Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya, south of Nablus, as the Israeli army fired flares in the area.
Israeli settlers attack farmers as IOF raid West Bank
Field sources in the occupied West Bank reported on Tuesday that Israeli settlers assaulted Palestinian farmers and greenhouse owners east of Beit Dajan, a town located near Nablus.
According to the same sources, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) also raided the town of al-Yamun, west of Jenin, where they conducted search operations and set up military checkpoints across several neighborhoods, restricting residents’ movement.
These incidents are part of a broader and intensifying campaign of aggression across the West Bank, where Israeli occupation forces and settlers routinely target Palestinian civilians, agricultural lands, and homes.
