The Israeli occupation army radio claimed that Kadah attempted to plant an explosive device near the illegal "Halamish" settlement near Ramallah before occupation forces approached his vehicle to question him.
The Israeli occupation also alleged that as the Palestinian got out of his vehicle, he threw a grenade and opened fire at troops using a Carlo submachine gun before he was killed.
