The Iranian Defense Ministry has boosted production by 58% over the past year, as enemy forces resume their aggression through political, economic, psychological, and security means, spokesperson Brigadier General Reza Talaei announced on Thursday.
In this context, the Deputy Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), Brigadier General Ali Fadavi, asserted that the Iranian armed forces are fully prepared and capable of confronting enemy plots and carrying out their missions adequately.
"It is Iran that has achieved victory in the war, and the enemy has failed to accomplish any of its objectives,” he added.
In similar statements, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the head of the Iranian Shura Council, highlighted Iran's deterrence capabilities, announcing that Operation True Promise 4 is a prominent option if enemy aggression targets Iran.
Speaking in an interview held to commemorate the country's Sacred Defense Week, Ghalibaf stressed on Tuesday that defending Iran is not only a matter of national interest, but also serves the entirety of the Islamic world, Tehran’s national security, and the security of the greater region.
He underscored that Iran’s missile response is rooted in safeguarding regional security, and that Tehran remains resolute in the face of threats, stating, “We defend our country because it is necessary for the region's stability as a whole.”
Ghalibaf reiterated a firm warning issued on August 26, cautioning that any new aggression against Iran would lead to the expansion of the conflict into new areas and additional domains. He stressed that Tehran’s response to any future attack by its enemies would be “stronger than ever.”
