Iran MFA: Zionist regime broke all international laws in Gaza
Iran MFA mentioned taking legal action against the criminal Zionist regime.
Iran’s foreign ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani has expressed that the Zionist regime of "Israel" "Crossed all red lines" of international law in its genocidal campaign against Gaza.
During a press conference in Tehran, Kanaani said the Zionist regime has been responsible for over 20 wars in the region, in addition to occupying Palestine and parts of Lebanon.
“This regime has committed war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide many times,” he stated, urging that the Zionist criminals be brought to justice via international law.

“Twenty-four days have passed since the beginning of the brutal attacks of the Zionist regime on the Gaza Strip, and in these attacks, this regime has crossed all the red lines and international laws and regulations,” he emphasized.
He voiced optimism that the Palestinian nation will soon triumph over the Zionist regime and its supporters.
Global governments responsible for pursuing legal action
Kanaani further mentioned taking legal action against the criminal Zionist regime, pointing out that it is the duty of all governments to take legal action against the Israeli regime's war crimes and crimes against humanity.
According to the spokesman, the Islamic Republic of Iran has long urged the world community to form a commission to look into the war crimes the Zionist regime has committed.
Iran has been committed to providing humanitarian help to the Gaza population ever since the situation began, he continued, reiterating that the main priority was to stop the Zionist attacks as well as lifting the blockade to allow international aid into the strip.
He noted that, regrettably, the international community has requested that the Rafah crossing be opened in order to send humanitarian aid to Gaza, but the Zionist regime has rejected this request.
Iran is prepared to send this help through Egypt as soon as feasible, and Iranian authorities are still in communication with Egyptian officials, Kanaani emphasized.
Regarding recent comments made by US Vice President Kamala Harris in which she told Iran not to interfere, the spokesman responded by saying "You reap what you sow. Supporting tension in the region will lead to reactions, and this is something we have stated many times in our official positions and messages.”
Kanaani also noted that international pressure should fall on the Israeli occupation to force it into a ceasefire, considering it has ignored global calls for one.
He expressed that Iranian diplomats have been communicating with ministers from Qatar and Saudi Arabia in an effort to pressure the Zionist regime and force it to end its brutal aggression against the Palestinians.
Ali Bagheri Kani’s visit to Moscow
Kanaani touched on the trip Ali Bagheri Kani made to Russia, along with the representative of the Hamas delegation in Moscow, Abu Hamid, citing it was part of developing bilateral ties.
He added that the diplomat discussed with Russian officials not only bilateral issues but also the South Caucasus and developments in Palestine.
In response to reports that the JCPOA talks would not go further, Kanaani stated that negotiations are still going on within the preexisting framework and at the Omani Sultan's insistence.
Additionally, he noted that other issues might be delayed by the Palestine issue but that the JCPOA negotiations will still be active. Kanaani said that updates will be released to the public if necessary.
