Major General Amir Hatami, the Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, emphasized that Iran remains vigilant as it does not believe "Israel's" threats have subsided, highlighting how "Israel's" plots were thwarted after witnessing the extraordinary resilience demonstrated by the Iranian people.
During a Sunday meeting with senior commanders and officials of the Army Ground Force, Major General Amir Hatami characterized the Israeli entity as a hostile and stubborn adversary, pointing to its history of aggression and the clear evidence of its crimes against the Iranian people during the 12-day imposed war.
He highlighted that "Israel's" brutal actions have been consistently demonstrated, not only in its ongoing aggression in Gaza over the past two years but also throughout its less-than-80-year history, marred by repeated acts of hostility and military assaults against neighboring nations.
The Major General stated that although the Iranian nation endured heavy sacrifices, including the martyrdom of senior military commanders, prominent scientists, and innocent civilians, it ultimately prevailed in the asymmetrical war by dealing significant blows to the enemy and successfully thwarting all of its strategic objectives.
Iran's capabilities remain safe, sound
Hatami emphasized that Iran's missile and drone power has been fully preserved and remains ready for action, just as retaliatory operations persisted up until the final moments before the ceasefire took effect, affirming that the country will continue advancing its defense industry, scientific progress, and technological development with even stronger resolve moving forward.
The Army chief stated that global arrogance stands against the Islamic Republic due to its religious foundations, national sovereignty, and ascent toward scientific excellence. Maj. General Hatami pointed out that all military divisions, including the Army's four forces, are making swift advancements in science and technology with unprecedented determination to strengthen defensive capabilities for all-encompassing protection.
On July 30, Brigadier General Ali Mohammad Naeini, the spokesperson for Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps, delivered a firm warning to "Israel" in response to provocative statements by Israeli officials threatening further acts of aggression against Iranian territory.
"Iran's reactions will be more devastating than what was seen before... It is quite clear to us that the recent statements by the leaders of the Zionist regime are because of their fear of Iran’s national solidarity and the country’s missile power," said Brigadier General Ali Mohammad Naeini.
