Iran warns of retaliation against third parties backing 'Israel'
Available footage confirms Iran successfully achieved its objectives in the operation, which exclusively targeted military sites in the occupied Palestinian territories.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated on Wednesday that Iran will respond strongly to any country that takes action in support of the Israeli regime following Iran's recent retaliation against it.
"We will respond strongly to any third party that enters [the conflict] in support of the Zionist regime. And if the Zionist regime decides to respond, our second response will be even harsher," Araghchi told reporters on Wednesday, adding that "anyone who provides their space to their enemies is considered suspicious by us."
The Iranian minister went on to praise the actions of the IRGC and their measured response to the violations of the Israeli regime.
"Iran only exercised its right to self-defense; a right that exists for all countries under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter. Our actions were purely defensive and in response to the terrorist actions of the Zionist regime," Araghchi said.

'Our objectives were entirely military'
The Iranian minister stated that available footage confirms Iran successfully achieved its objectives in the operation, which exclusively targeted military sites.
"The action taken last night and the available images clearly show that we achieved our objectives, which were entirely military. We did not target any civilian objectives, which is part of our principles and values."
"Unlike the Zionist regime, which has made attacking cities and innocent people a habit, we do not engage in such behavior. Last night, we only targeted military and security objectives, and our action was highly successful."
Araghchi noted that he has discussed the matter with various foreign ministers and that Iran sent a message to the Swiss embassy, which handles US affairs in Iran, after the attack, warning that the US should refrain from getting involved in the issue.
Operation True Promise II
On Tuesday night, Iran launched Operation True Promise II in response to the assassinations of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh and Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
Approximately 90% of the missiles successfully struck their targets in Israeli-occupied territories, the IRGC reported, adding that three military bases and a security site were succesfully targeted.
The IRGC released a statement warning "Israel", "If the Zionist regime retaliates to the Iranian operation, it will face violent consequences."
Israeli reports, on the other hand, indicate that somewhere in the ballpark of 300 rockets had been launched from Iran.
