Iranian police have announced the arrest of 18 individuals in Mashhad for operating a covert workshop manufacturing espionage and suicide drones on behalf of the Israeli regime.
Tehran continues its crackdown on Mossad operatives and terrorists in parallel with the ongoing Israeli war. Just days earlier, authorities in Isfahan province arrested four suspects linked to the occupation after uncovering a drone production facility and seizing large quantities of equipment and spare parts.
Security forces also detained five individuals in Qazvin for inciting unrest and supporting Israeli aggression.
According to Al Mayadeen's correspondent, Iranian police have similarly apprehended a group of agents involved in facilitating the Israeli aggression in Lorestan Province in western Iran.

Israeli sabotage operations clear way for aggression
The latest arrests come amid a sharp uptick in Iranian counterintelligence operations targeting Israeli espionage networks operating inside the country. In recent weeks, Iranian security services have intensified efforts to dismantle covert cells linked to the Mossad, particularly those involved in drone-related sabotage.
Earlier this month, Israeli media and intelligence-linked reports revealed that the Mossad had established a clandestine drone base near Tehran. The operation involved smuggled explosive drones of different types and automated anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs) that were used to attack Iranian air defense systems and command centers. This action cleared the way for the initial Israeli air assault that took place between June 13.
