Iran's VP Arrives to Moscow to Discuss Nuclear Cooperation

Today Tuesday, the Iranian Vice President and Head of the country's Atomic Energy Organization (AEOI), Mohammad Eslami, arrived in Moscow. He will be discussing cooperation with the CEO of the Russian state nuclear energy company, Rosatom.
"During his visit to Moscow, the AEOI head will discuss the current state of affairs and the AEOI's cooperation with Rosatom, they [Eslami and Likhachev] will exchange views," Sputnik said, quoting Iran's embassy in Moscow.
Last week, Islami participated in the meeting of the General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna and met on the sidelines of the conference with the head of Rosatom, Alexei Likhachev.
Lavrov: Tehran continued to abide by its nuclear commitments
In turn, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov confirmed last Saturday that Washington should take a "more active" approach to help resume talks on the nuclear deal.
During his participation in the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Lavrov said that Tehran continued to abide by its commitments for a full year after Washington withdrew from the nuclear deal. He expressed optimism about the possibility of achieving positive results regarding the resumption of the nuclear agreement.
