Iraqi Resistance launches drone attack on Israeli asset in Haifa
Iraqi Resistance fighters have promised to continue targeting the strongholds of enemies in support of the Palestinian people.
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced that it launched an unmanned aircraft attack on an Israeli asset in the occupied city of Haifa on the Mediterranean coast.
Iraqi Resistance factions said that they would continue "to target the strongholds' enemies."
The Islamic Resistance explained that such operations come in support of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in response to the massacres committed by Israeli occupation forces against Palestinian civilians, including children, women, and elderly people.
Earlier, sources told Al Mayadeen that the Islamic Resistance launched an unmanned aircraft attack on an Israeli target in Haifa on Sunday morning.
On September 4, 2024, the Iraqi Resistance also launched an unmanned attack on the Port of Haifa.
According to the Israeli Alma research center, the attacks launched by the Iraqi Resistance on Israeli assets from November 2023 to May 2023 totaled 107 long-range attacks.
These attacks were spread out as follows: 51% targeted southern areas in occupied Palestine, most of which are in the port city of Eilat, 41.2% in northern occupied territories, and 7.8% in central areas, such as Haifa.
The most noteworthy of these attacks was a one-way attack drone that struck the naval port in Eilat on April 1, 2024.
The Iraqi Resistance, alongside Hezbollah in Lebanon and the Yemeni Armed Forces (YAF), continues to spearhead military operations in solidarity with the Palestinian cause, defying Israeli and American aggression with unwavering resilience.
