Iraqi Resistance strikes vital Israeli target on coast of Dead Sea
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq pursues its operations against US and Israeli targets.
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced on Friday that its Resistance fighters targeted a vital Israeli target on the coast of the Dead Sea.
The Resistance affirmed, in a brief statement, that this targeting was in solidarity with the people of the Gaza Strip and in retaliation to the atrocities committed by the occupation against Palestinian civilians, including children, women, and the elderly, vowing to “continue targeting enemy strongholds.”
On January 28, the Israeli "Zevelun" naval facility in Haifa Bay north of occupied Palestine was attacked by a drone, sources told Al Mayadeen.
In the same month, the Resistance announced carrying out two separate operations against Israeli targets using appropriate weapons. One of the attacks struck a vital Israeli target in "Eilat" (occupied Umm al-Rashash), putting it out of service.
Sources from the Resistance group told Al Mayadeen that the second attack near the Jordan River Park targeted a control center belonging to the Golani Brigade. The center is responsible for espionage and intelligence gathering balloons, the sources added.
