Iraqi Resistance strikes new Israeli locations, vital targets
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq carries out a fresh strike on Israeli positions in the occupied Palestinian territories, in solidarity with Palestine.
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced carrying out a fresh strike on Israeli positions in the occupied Palestinian territories. The Resistance claimed responsibility for the attack on a vital site in the Port of Eilat (Umm al-Rashrash) on Friday evening.
The Resistance said that the drone attack comes in response to massacres committed by "Israel" against Palestinian civilians, vowing to continue its operations against Israeli targets.
Earlier on Friday, the Resistance launched a suicide drone toward the Israeli-occupied Haifa Port, an essential site that oversees the majority of the occupation's trade.
A statement published by the Resistance's military media explained that the operation came in line with the second phase of operations, which sought to hinder the passage of goods to the Israeli regime.
In the series of operations, the Resistance launched a drone toward occupied Umm al-Rashrash [Eilat], the southernmost city in occupied Palestine, earlier on Thursday. Moreover, the Resistance announced, shortly after, that its fighters launched two al-Arqab cruise missiles toward vital sites near the Haifa Port.
On May 21, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced that its fighters carried out drone strikes on an Israeli drone base in the occupied Golan Heights in relation to its response to the Israeli occupation forces' criminality in Gaza. The Islamic Resistance in Iraq stressed that it would continue attacking Israeli sites over the war on Gaza as it has been doing since it joined the fight a mere 10 days after it started on October 17.
The Iraqi Resistance's attacks on Israeli sites have increased in frequency in the past few weeks, in concurrence with the Israeli invasion of Rafah.
