Iraqi Resistance targets Eilat, vows to support Lebanon in war
Islamic Resistance fighters in Iraq will escalate their operations against Israeli and American interests if an all-out war on Lebanon is launched.
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced that it had launched a drone toward a "vital target" in the occupied Palestinian city of Umm al-Rashrash [Eilat].
In a statement, the Islamic Resistance said that the operation was conducted in solidarity with Gaza and in response to the massacres committed by the Israeli occupation against Palestinians, including children, women, and elderly people.
The collective vowed to continue attacking enemy strongholds in the region.
It is worth noting that the Islamic Resistance in Iraq continues to carry out operations targeting Israeli assets all over occupied territories.
More recently, the Islamic Resistance has cooperated with the Yemeni Armed Forces (YAF), conducting joint operations with the Yemeni military that target Israeli naval infrastructure and Israeli-affiliated ships in the Mediterranean.

Iraqi Resistance to aid Lebanon if Israeli war is launched
Earlier on Sunday, the Iraqi Resistance Coordination Committee released a statement following a meeting of its affiliates, in which the committee vowed to escalate its operations if "Israel" and the United States launch a comprehensive war on Lebanon.
The committee met to discuss the threats issued by Israeli officials against Lebanon, in which it decided that American interests in Iraq and the region would become legitimate targets for its Resistance fighters if a war on Lebanon is launched.
"The massacres and genocide supported by [the United States] against [Palestinians] necessitate firm stances towards normalizing countries," the statement read.
It said that states that have normalized relations with the Israeli occupation should not receive oil or fund transfers.
In particular, the statement put into question the viability of the Aqaba-Basra oil pipeline, which is a project that seeks to connect the oil-rich southern Iraqi Basra region to Jordan through Saudi Arabia.
The committee argued that the project would not only economically drain Iraq, but would also serve as a starting point for a "malicious project", paving the way for Baghdad's normalization with the Israeli government.
