Iraqi Resistance targets Harir US base after aggression on Iraq, Syria
The Iraqi Resistance has targeted the Harir US military base in Erbil as a response to the aggression on Gaza, Iraq, and Syria.
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced the targeting of the Harir US base with drones in Erbil, North Iraq.
A statement released by the Resistance on Saturday read: "In continuation of our path in resisting the American occupation forces in Iraq and the region, and in response to the massacres committed by the zionist entity against our people in Gaza, today, Saturday, 3/2/2024, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq attacked the American occupation base "Harir" in Erbil, northern Iraq, using drones."
"The Islamic Resistance confirms its continuation in striking the enemies’ strongholds."
This marks the Iraqi Resistance's primary response after yesterday's US aggression that targeted military facilities and civilian infrastructure in Syria and Iraq in a series of strikes.

Operations against US forces to continue
On Friday, the Secretary-General of the Iraqi al-Nujaba Resistance movement announced that the group's operations against US forces will not stop until the Israeli war on Gaza ceases and the complete withdrawal of the "US occupation" from Iraq.
In a statement, Sheikh Akram al-Kaabi said that this decision is a sovereign one taken by the group alone.
Earlier this week, the Iraqi Kataib Hezbollah announced the suspension of their operations against the US occupation forces in Syria and targets in Iraq to not go against the wishes of the Iraqi government.
Both groups are part of the Popular Mobilization Forces PMF, a governmental security apparatus.
