Iran announced on Tuesday morning that the 22nd wave of Operation True Promise 3 delivered a historic and moral lesson to "Israel" in response to the “brutal and desperate” attack that claimed the lives of several Iranians, stated the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC).

The statement confirmed that Iranian forces launched 14 missiles targeting sensitive Israeli military sites in the “final moments” before the ceasefire came into effect, one that the IRGC indicated was imposed on "Israel" thanks to the steadfastness of the Iranian people.

According to the IRGC, "Israel" "helplessly reached out to its American partners for a ceasefire." It stressed that Tehran has taught "the Zionist enemy a historic and memorable lesson."

Iranian deterrence intact

The statement asserted that the Iranian armed forces "imposed their will on the Zionist enemy and continue to monitor the enemy's movements with open and vigilant eyes."

Earlier on Tuesday, the Iranian Supreme National Security Council announced that the Islamic Republic had achieved a significant strategic victory, asserting that it had “forced the enemies to seek a ceasefire.”

Citing the unity of the Iranian people, the steadfastness of its armed forces, and the guidance of its leadership, the Council emphasized that Iran had triumphed in the face of Israeli aggression. It noted that Iran’s military remains on high alert and prepared to respond decisively to any future provocation.

The Council underscored that through its vigilance, Iran’s calculated timing dismantled the enemy’s core strategy. According to Fars News Agency, the Council declared that the outcome compelled the Israeli entity to accept defeat and halt its aggression.
