Palestinian media reported that the Israeli air raid on the center of Gaza targeted a residential building in the Palestine Tower, and our correspondent said the IOF targeted several sites in Khan Yunis. Local sources also reported that the Israeli occupation targeted a car in the east of Gaza.
The Palestinian ministry of health reported that several Palestinian civilians were injured due to the IOF shelling of the east of Khan Yunis.
After the strikes started, the Israeli occupation asked its settlers in the Gaza envelope to remain near shelters.
The strikes reached Resistance points near the Palestinian-Egyptian borders as well.
The spokesperson for the Israeli occupation forces also announced that "Tel Aviv" launched an operation by the name of "Sunrise" against the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) in the Gaza Strip.
"Israel's" decision to launch an operation on the Gaza Strip came after the Egyptians' efforts at mediating between "Tel Aviv" and Palestine failed, as well as the PIJ's "determination to launch an operation. But what will the response be now?"
Israeli media also reported that the Israeli occupation forces asked the Israeli settlers in Eshkol to remain near reinforced places and shelters in fear of a response from the PIJ.
