This comes as the latest in "Israel's" ongoing pattern of aggression against Syria.
On Monday, the Israeli occupation carried out an aggression targeting the Shinshar and al-Majd suburbs, located between the cities of Hasyaa and Homs in the southern countryside of Homs, central Syria.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that the Israeli occupation forces struck a humanitarian aid convoy near the al-Majd suburb, south of Homs, prompting a temporary closure of the road for safety reasons.
SANA reported that the attack targeted an aid distribution point for Lebanese arrivals in the Shamsin area, south of Homs, near the Homs-Damascus international highway, which was temporarily closed following the assault.
