Israeli deaths exceed 1,200 amid public frustration
Israeli media report on the growing anger and frustration among settlers in the Gaza envelope settlements and the families of Israeli captives.
The number of dead Israelis as a result of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood has increased to around 1,200 while those injured have exceeded 2,900, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority said in a post on X on Wednesday.
The Israeli Ynet news website said that the number of Israelis killed since the operation was launched on Saturday exceeds 1,200 adding that there are more than 200 Israelis held captive by the Palestinian Resistance in the Gaza Strip.
The families of those held captive have warned Israeli occupation President Isaac Herzog, saying that if their sons and daughters do not return from Gaza they "will shake Israel to its core if necessary," emphasizing that they "will not accept leaving them in Gaza."
Israeli media outlets reported on the growing anger and frustration among settlers in the Gaza envelope settlements and the families of Israeli captives.

The Times of Israel paid particular attention to the "shock" that hit the families of the captives, following "abandoning them while they searched for most of the individuals who are still missing" amid a "chaotic" situation.
Settlers of the Gaza Envelope are pleading for help while trying to take shelter in their settlement apartments amid the ongoing barrages of rockets launched by the Resistance in Gaza and continuing infiltration operations.

IOF target civilians to compensate for military failure
The number of Palestinian martyrs rose to 922, including at least 260 children and 230 women. Some 4,650 others were injured as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian Health Ministry reported on Tuesday.
The Israeli aggression on Gaza continues for the fifth consecutive day with extreme brutality, targeting residential areas and cutting off water and electricity supplies, the Ministry said, indicating an attempt to commit genocide against over two million Palestinian citizens in Gaza.
The statement also mentioned that the Israeli occupation committed a massacre against about 22 Palestinian families, comprising around 150 martyrs.
The statement further pointed out that the Israeli occupation targeted medical crews, leading to the martyrdom of six healthcare workers and the wounding of 15 others.
The Ministry of Health also revealed that the Israeli occupation's crimes have resulted in the martyrdom of eight journalists and the wounding of 20 others.
