The Israeli occupation's foreign minister, Israel Katz, likens the goals of the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip to those of the Israeli occupation's aggression against the West Bank.

"Israel's" Maariv news website reported that the Israeli occupation's foreign minister, Israel Katz, proclaimed that the threat in the West Bank should be addressed similarly to Gaza.

After making the comparison, Katz noted that "Israel" is seeking the "temporary evacuation of the residents in the Jenin and Tulkarm camps" which, following his comparison to the genocide in the Strip, would translate to widespread massacres, given the intention to "eliminate" what he referred to as the "terrorist infrastructure" within the camps.

Katz further claimed that Iran is working to establish a "terrorist front" in the West Bank against "Israel", following the Gaza and Lebanon models, referring to the Resistance movements.

According to Katz, Iran has sought to achieve that through "funding and arming militants and smuggling advanced weapons through Jordan."

In his latest post on X, on Wednesday, Katz said, "It is a war on everything, and we must win it."

IOF seized mere 'drop in the ocean' of arms reaching West Bank

As "Israel" has increased its incursions into the West Bank, killing and detaining Palestinians on a daily basis, so have Palestinian Resistance factions stepped up their operations to deter "Israel".

Highly explosive devices have reached the hands of Palestinian freedom fighters in the occupied West Bank through breaches in the border fence with Jordan, Israeli occupation security agencies told Israeli media last week.

According to Israeli channel Kan, Israeli security forces have been unable to prevent all military-grade ammunition smuggling into the West Bank over the past few years.

The Israeli military described the weapons and ammunition seized during these smuggling attempts from Jordan to the West Bank as a mere "drop in the ocean" compared to the volume of arms that have reached Palestinian armed groups in the West Bank.

Despite intensified efforts by the Israeli military to thwart weapons and ammunition smuggling through the Jordanian border, including deploying an entire battalion to assist in this mission, the operations have persisted.

Kan noted that Israeli security agencies have no confirmed evidence that these groups possess anti-tank missiles or other types of weaponry that would pose a significant new threat.

However, according to the Israeli channel, this does not necessarily mean such weapons are not in the possession of the Palestinian Resistance groups; rather, there is simply no concrete information to confirm it.

The timing of the revelation is significant, as it comes a day after the al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas Resistance movement, and the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) movement, claimed responsibility for a martyrdom operation that was carried out in Tel Aviv and resulted in one injury.

In a joint statement, the Resistance factions said martyrdom operations in the 1948 occupied Palestinian territories will return to the forefront as long as the occupation's massacres, displacement of civilians, and assassinations are ongoing.

Such martyrdom operations had not been employed by the Palestinian Resistance for years.

The announcement comes after Israeli police and the Shin Bet said the explosion in Tel Aviv was an attack carried out by the Palestinian Resistance, in which an improvised explosive device (IED) was detonated.
