Palestinian Resistance factions ambushed Israeli occupation forces in the Nur Shams refugee camp in Tulkarm, in the West Bank, amid the continued Israeli aggression on the West Bank.
Al-Qassam Brigades - Tulkarm Brigade and al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades said that fighters from both factions, as well as from the al-Quds Brigades, ambushed Israeli infantry in the al-Manshiyeh neighborhood in the refugee camp.
Resistance factions said that Israeli reinforcements were also targeted by Resistance fighters, who confirmed that the ambush caused deaths and injuries among enemy troops.
In Jenin, Resistance forces confronted Israeli attacks on the eastern neighborhood of the city, where gunfights could be heard, early on Tuesday. Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades said that its fighters detonated a high explosive improvised explosive device (IED) into an Israeli military-grade bulldozer. As a result of the explosion, the Israeli vehicle was rendered inoperable.
Meanwhile, local media reported that an Israeli drone had dropped several explosive charges on the homes of Palestinians in the eastern neighborhood of Jenin. Israeli military bulldozers also tore up streets in the neighborhood, damaging the roads and crushing cars parked along the sides. Such actions further damaged and destroyed infrastructure in the city and its surroundings, after enduring continuous vicious attacks for months now.
In the town of Jaba' Israeli occupation forces detained Yaseen Abu Aoun and two other Palestinians after a raid on Tuesday dawn. Mohammad al-Khalili, another Palestinian, was detained in the city of Nablus by Israeli occupation forces.
