A spokesperson for the Israel Occupation Forces (IOF) Lt. Col. Richard Hecht confirmed on Tuesday that the Jabalia camp in the Gaza Strip was targeted by the IOF.
He described civilian casualties as an unfortunate outcome of the "horrors of war."
"This is the tragedy of war," Hecht told a CNN correspondent when asked about civilian deaths in the refugee camp, adding that they told the killed civilians "to move south."
"So you decided to drop the bomb anyway," Wolf Blitzer, the CNN correspondent proceeded to comment.
"We’re doing everything we can to minimize civilian deaths," The IOF spokesman claimed with a straight face after they just murdered more than 100 civilians without blinking.

Earlier today, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that martyrs have fallen en masse in a new massacre committed by the occupation forces against civilians in the vicinity of the Indonesian hospital in the northern Gaza Strip.
Our correspondent added that the surgical operations in the hospital are being performed without anesthetics.
The casualties were transported to the Indonesian Hospital where they fell victim to another airstrike.
