The al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas Resistance movement, announced that they shelled with mortar shells the Israeli occupation forces' gatherings infiltrating Khan Younis city in the southern Gaza Strip.

On the other hand, the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), declared in a statement on Wednesday that its fighters targeted an Israeli Merkava tank with an RPG shell north of the Nusseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

They also confirmed that their fighters shelled Israeli military gatherings with a barrage of regular 60mm mortar shells around the area of the station in Khan Younis.

They further launched a barrage of mortar shells targeting the Israeli assembly points and vehicles in the advancement axis south of the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.

In turn, Commander Abu Khaled, the spokesperson for the Martyr Omar al-Qassem Forces, the military wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP), summarized in a military statement the heroic actions carried out by their fighters.

He confirmed that they caused casualties among the occupation forces in fierce battles on the central and southern axes of the Gaza Strip over the past 48 hours.

Abu Khaled pointed out that the fighters engaged in intense confrontations with occupation forces northeast of Deir al-Balah, using heavy weapons and shells against individuals, "inflicting casualties and injuries on the enemy, and returning to their positions safely."

The artillery affiliated with the Martyr Omar al-Qassem Forces targeted a gathering of invading occupation vehicles in the southeast of al-Maghazi neighborhood with heavy-caliber mortars, achieving direct hits according to the military statement.

At the central axis of Khan Yunis, the fighters engaged in fierce battles with the occupation forces, detonating a powerful explosive device in one of their patrols, causing casualties among them.

They also fought against the occupation forces with machine guns and mortar shells during intense battles on the central Gaza axes, as well as on the Khan Yunis axes.

The military statement of the Martyr Omar al-Qassem Forces said they caused no less than 5 fatalities among the occupation forces, with an unspecified number of injuries.

True peace in Middle East requires a Palestinian state: El-Sisi

Yesterday, the IOF announced the killing of 11 of its officers and soldiers in separate attacks by the Palestinian Resistance in the Gaza Strip within 24 hours.

In parallel, the Martyr Izz-al Din al-Qassam Bridages, the military wing of the Hamas movement, claimed responsibility for operations in which its freedom fighters sniped four Israeli soldiers using the Al-Qassam's "Ghoul rifle", east of the Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Al-Qassam Brigades spokesperson Abu Obeida announced that the Bridages had completely or partially destroyed 42 Israeli military vehicles and eliminated 22 Israeli soldiers, during the past week.

In turn, Abu Hamza, the military spokesman for Al-Quds Brigades, stressed in a speech that what is happening in the field is "far too great for the Resistance's cameras to document," affirming that the Palestinian Resistance has left great losses among the ranks of the Israeli army.

Moreover, the al-Qassam Brigades, announced Tuesday that they successfully hacked an Israeli Skylark drone that was on a reconnaissance mission east of al-Zaytoon neighborhood in Gaza.

In the same direction, al-Qassam announced that they had blown up two tunnels with Israeli infantry units inside them after they approached the tunnels' openings. All the Israeli members were either killed or wounded.

Paramount losses

The Resistance fighters also engaged an invading force of Israeli soldiers using small arms before they engaged with an RPG an Israeli Hummer that arrived as backup to support the struggling soldiers, which could be seen blowing up in a video shared by the Resistance.

The al-Qassam brigades also announced that its fighters in Khan Younis targeted an Israeli Merkava tank with a Yassin-105 armor-piercing rocket.

Since the start of the war on October 7, 519 Israeli troops have been killed, 180 of whom were killed since the start of ground battles in the Gaza Strip, according to Israeli media. Though it is not clear whether or not this number takes the new deaths into account.

In addition, 1,042 soldiers have been injured since the start of the mentioned battles, 288 of whom are seriously injured and 45 receiving treatment since the beginning of the war.

Despite the constant blackout and censorship imposed by the Israeli occupation forces, the accurate statements issued by the Resistance, and the video clips that document its targeting, directing of specific strikes, and ambushes of the invading forces have shown that losses incurred by the IOF are extremely high.

A report by the Israeli Ynet news website revealed on Friday that at least 12,500 Israeli occupation troops will be categorized as disabled.

These numbers were described by Ynet as markers of a "national event of a historical magnitude," in the entire history of the occupation.
