Al Mayadeen’s correspondent reported, at dawn on Thursday, that confrontations broke out between Palestinian youths and Israeli occupation forces in several positions in the occupied West Bank, including southwest of Jenin and the Jabal Sbeih area in the town of Beita, south of Nablus.

In parallel, Israeli occupation forces stormed the Aqabat Jaber camp, in the city of Areeha in the West Bank. Local sources reported that the occupation forces arrested freed prisoner Khaled Barahmeh from his home in Ketf al-Wad in Areeha.

Earlier, in Nablus, four Palestinians, including two children, were killed and 11 others were injured by gunfire during confrontations with Israeli occupation forces and settlers in the town of Qasra, south of Nablus.

On its part, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that Palestinian youth, Hassan Muhannad Abu Srour (20 years old), was martyred after receiving a gunshot wound to the head, while others were wounded by live bullets in the abdomen and foot during renewed confrontations with Israeli occupation forces in Qasra.

Medical and local sources reported that medical crews transported 11 citizens who were injured by live bullets during confrontations with the Israeli occupation army and settlers, south of the town, to Rafidia Hospital in Nablus and Salfit Governmental Hospital, knowing that some sustained critical injuries.

Dozens of Israeli settlers, protected by Israeli occupation forces, stormed the town and initiated terrorist attacks and acts of violence against Palestinian citizens and their property.

In addition, yesterday, Wednesday, a Palestinian youth was killed by the IOF gunfire at the al-Anfaq military checkpoint linking the cities of Beit Lahm and al-Quds in the south of the occupied West Bank.

Local sources had reported that the occupation forces stationed at the checkpoint opened fire on a Palestinian vehicle, which led to the martyrdom of one of its passengers and the wounding of the other.

Villages adjacent to settlements in the West Bank witness repeated attacks against Palestinians, especially in Nablus Governorate.

In a related context, Israeli occupation forces detained a Palestinian youth at the entrance to the town of al-Issawiya in occupied al-Quds.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the number of Palestinians martyred in the West Bank since the start of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood has risen to 29, while the number of injuries reported has risen to 200.

On Wednesday, the military spokesperson for Al-Quds Brigades - the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) - Abu Hamza called on the Jenin and Lions' Den brigades, as well as all the Palestinians there to engage in confrontations with the Israeli occupation.

Moreover, calls for engaging in night confusion activities and general mobilization were made in the West Bank, at dawn on Thursday, in support of Gaza, as the Israeli occupation continues its aggression against the Strip, and in solidarity with Operation Al-Aqsa Flood launched by the Palestinian Resistance last Saturday.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation army spokesperson announced that the number of soldiers killed had risen to 189 by Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, as per Israeli media. The Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that the number of Israeli deaths had risen to about 1,200, while more than 2,900 settlers were injured.

This comes as "Israel" fears Hezbollah and Syria joining in Operation Al-Aqsa Flood from the Northern front to support the Resistance factions in the Gaza Strip, which will lead to increased pressure on the Israeli army, which is already floundering in weakness and internal dispersion.
