Israeli media: 1 dead, 7 injured amid strike on Israeli Northern Cmd
Israeli media reveals that 8 missiles were launched toward Safad this morning, with one hitting a building in the city.
Israeli media reported that at least 10 missiles were launched toward Israeli military targets in northern occupied Palestine by the resistance, killing an Israeli troop and injuring 7 others.
They explained that sirens were triggered in many settlements in the North, including "Netu'a", Upper occupied al-Jalil, and Safad as many explosions were also heard.
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon opened exceptionally strategic fires on Safad and al-Manara. The resistance also launched missiles with one landing near the Israeli Northern Command, another at the Safad Industrial Zone, and others at several areas.
The media stated that 8 missiles were launched toward Safad this morning with one hitting a building in the city citing the mayor of Safad who announced that "Missiles did not fall inside the city, rather struck bases around it."
Israeli media stressed that the missiles used by the resistance to target Safad were probably precision missiles, emphasizing that the Iron Dome had failed to intercept them all.
Further stressing, the media stated that the range reached by the missiles launched this time is the longest so far, indicating that there has been a gradual increase in the targeting range magnitude from Hebzbollah's end.
Sayyed Nasrallah: we are ready to respond equally to escalation
Speaking at a ceremony honoring the wounded and detained members of the Resistance yesterday, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, highlighted the great victories and achievements that the movement has fulfilled thanks to the sacrifices offered by thousands.
This year's event coincides with a brutal ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, from which Sayyed Nasrallah started his address regarding developments.
In response to the threats of the Israeli Minister of Security, Yoav Gallant, Sayyed Nasrallah said, "If you do not want to stop the war with us, then you are welcome [to carry it on]."
"When the enemy stops the war on Gaza, we will return to the [previous] equations we had established, and our responses will be proportionate [to the effect of the attacks]."
"If the enemy carries out its threats against us, it must realize that the hundred thousand who left the North will not return," he promised.
Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that Gallant "must realize that if he launches a war on us, then he will have two million displaced [settlers] from the North and not just a hundred thousand."
Commenting on threats to expand the war, Sayyed Nasrallah said that Hezbollah will follow suit if the aggression escalates.
"The Resistance today is more certain, determined, and prepared to confront the [Israeli] enemy," the leader concluded.
