Israeli media: Fear of an economic blow in North
Israeli media reports that tourists canceled their holiday reservations in northern occupied Palestine following the rocket launches from Syria and Lebanon.
Israeli media reported on Sunday that 90% of visitors and tourists canceled their holiday reservations in the North, citing "fear" of a severe economic blow due to the security situation.
Maariv reported that "business owners in the Golan and Galilee, who had been expecting a lot of holiday visitors, dealt with a wave of cancellations in the wake of fire from Syria and Lebanon."
One business owner told the website that "in our business when we lose a week like this, we lose an entire season." In this context, the Israeli "Wala" website reported the closure of irrigation systems in Upper Galilee due to a cyber attack.

This comes after rockets were fired from Syrian territory toward the occupied Golan on Saturday night and Sunday morning. Later, the Syrian air defenses repelled Israeli aggression that targeted points in the southern region with rockets.
Likewise, Israeli media reported that the Egyptian army found and dismantled a long-range missile platform that was prepared to be launched from Sinai toward the Eilat settlement today dawn.
The Lebanese border with occupied Palestine also witnessed a security escalation on Thursday after dozens of rockets were fired from Lebanese territory towards the occupied Upper Galilee, in an event described by the Israeli media as the "most dangerous" since the July 2006 war.
The IOF struck three targets in Lebanon, in response to the missile being fired from it.
This comes at a time when the Israeli occupation forces continue to storm Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, as the occupation forces brutally attack the Palestinians who are in retreat in the mosque.
