Israeli media: Galant's threats are laughable for Nasrallah
Israeli media outlets discuss the prevalent "tension in the north" and the prospect of war with Hezbollah, highlighting concerns over the dire consequences which could erupt if a war were to take place.
Israeli media outlets discussed what they described as the state of "tension in the north" and the possibility of a war with Hezbollah, stressing that "Israel" would suffer catastrophic consequences in any war with the Resistance.
They have also described the threats of Israeli Minister of Security, Yoav Gallant, as being perceived as "ridiculous" by the Secretary-General of Hezbollah Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
In an interview with Channel 13, Alon Avitar, a lieutenant colonel in the Israeli reserves and an expert on Arab affairs, said that Sayyed Nasrallah is unperturbed and is aware of the fragile Israeli reality, noting that the fracture in the settler society "creates an opportunity" for Hezbollah.

Empty threats
Furthermore, Kobi Marom, a Major general in the Israeli reserves and an expert in national security affairs, commented on the Israeli security minister's recent visit to the northern borders, describing the threats he leveled against Lebanon to be "empty".
"When you threaten the second party militarily, this threat must be credible, but the threats are empty, and Israel is committed strictly to containment," he said.
Israeli "Channel 12" reported that Sayyed Nasrallah "bursts out laughing when he hears Gallant's threats."
Furthermore, Israeli journalist Natan Zahavi said that the settler society won't bear the costs of a potential war with Hezbollah. He said if thousands of missiles are fired by Hezbollah, "Israel" would only be able to intercept hundreds, and hundreds of others would fall on "population centers," and the settlers won't be able to endure such damage.

The Resistance Axis' capacities have increased
Similarly, the political affairs analyst for the Israeli Channel 13, Ari Shavit, warned that "the next war will be disastrous." While affirming the need to prepare for a potential war, he added that a great effort must be made to prevent it.
Shavit stressed that the axis of resistance "has greatly increased in power," and pointed out that "Israel" is perceived to be "on the verge of disintegration" by the Axis.
Hezbollah is ready for war and Israeli deterrence has been damaged
In an interview with "Channel 12", the former air force commander, Eitan Ben Eliyahu explained that Israeli deterrence has been weakened.
Moreover, Major General Gershon HaCohen, of the Israeli reserve, said he agrees with the recent assessments of the Mossad that Sayyed Nasrallah does not want a war but he noted, however, that Hezbollah is ready for one.
