Israeli media: Stabbing operation northeast of Al-Quds
Israeli media reports a stabbing operation in the Palestinian town of Hizma.
Israeli media reported today a stabbing operation that occurred in the Palestinian village of Hizma, northeast of Al-Quds.
The stabbing operation resulted in the injury of an Israeli settler in his 40s. According to Israeli media reports, this is the second stabbing operation the village witnessed within 24 hours.
It is worth noting that Israeli occupation violations continue in Sheikh Jarrah amid heavy deployment of armed units.

On Wednesday, the Israeli occupation forces prevented the residents of Sheikh Jarrah from leaving their homes after several Palestinians took to the streets in solidarity, as the IOF imposed a lockdown in the neighborhood to pave the way for a march by settlers.
The people of Sheikh Jarrah asserted their adherence to their rights and their rejection of abandoning their homes in the favor of settlers no matter the sacrifices.
Israeli occupation forces also kicked out guests and visitors who were visiting the neighborhood's residents, ordering civilians to remain indoors.
For the past several weeks, Palestinians in the occupied territories have been confronting the Israeli occupation and its settlers as the latter kept violating the rights of Palestinians in light of its aspirations of taking over the Al-Quds neighborhood.
The violations were so severe that even the European Union called on "Israel" to stop settler violence in the neighborhood, warning against "irresponsible provocations" in what they described as a "sensitive area."
