The Israeli media reported that violent confrontations erupted between Palestinians and settlers in a neighborhood west of occupied al-Quds.

The Israeli media accused Palestinian youths of throwing stones at settlers' vehicles near Husan village, west of Beit Lahm.

In the same context, local Palestinian sources reported suffocation injuries as a result of Israeli forces firing tear gas canisters during confrontations in the Masliya village, south of Jenin.

By the end of last December, the Israeli occupation forces arrested two Palestinians in the Silwan neighborhood during violent confrontations, according to local Palestinian sources.

The Israeli occupation forces set up roadblocks, blockaded the streets in Bir Ayoub, and fired heavy tear gas, stun grenades, and sound bombs at Palestinians, arresting the two Palestinian youths, Munther Rwaidi and Ihab Abu Sneina, local sources reported.

Furthermore, the same sources added that Israeli settlers attacked with stones Palestinian vehicles on the Jenin-Nablus road, near the village of Sebastia, in the occupied West Bank.

At the time, Israeli occupation forces have also stormed Kafr Aqab and confiscated surveillance cameras from some shops, before withdrawing, which led to confrontations.
