Israeli occupation forces suppressing protestors in Sheikh Jarrah
Palestinians are protesting and marching against the arbitrary policies of the Israeli occupation forces in occupied Al-Quds and all over the occupied Palestinian territories.
Palestinians organized Friday protests in Sheikh Jarrah, occupied Al-Quds, in rejection of the Israeli occupation's arbitrary policies and the violent practices of the IOF and settlers.
Palestinians from Umm al-Fahm participated in the protest, and they told Al Mayadeen they came in solidarity with the people of Sheikh Jarrah in the face of Israeli racism.

The protestors in Sheikh Jarrah moved up toward the Israeli occupation's military checkpoint, chanting about holding on to their land. They also march toward the Israeli occupation-established separating point between "East and West Al-Quds."
"Widespread Palestinian solidarity with us confirms that we are one and that liberation is coming," the residents of Sheikh Jarrah told Al Mayadeen.

Palestinian activist Ahmad Khalifa told Al Mayadeen the Israeli Judaization process in Al-Quds is one, and they are trying to close one of the most prominent doors to Al-Aqsa, which is Sheikh Jarrah.
Our Sheikh Jarrah correspondent reported that the IOF called for backup from the Israeli border guard and mounted police to where the protests were taking place, adding that the "occupation is trying to use force to disperse the protestors."
"The Israeli occupation forces suppressed protestors in Sheikh Jarrah in Al-Quds and prevented Palestinians from Street number 1 known as the 'truce line' and pushed them to use side streets," our correspondent added.
Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood has been experiencing a lot of Israeli violence, as the IOF has been demolishing homes in the neighborhood under various pretexts and violating their residents.
Tensions have been soaring in Sheikh Jarrah for years due to the Israeli attempts to forcefully displace Palestinian families, with "Tel Aviv" claiming their land is owned by the Israeli occupation.
