Israeli occupation positions 'collapse if Hezbollah launches attack'
Israeli media reports that the Israeli occupation leadership is considering reinforcing Israeli Occupation Forces in the northern region against the backdrop of Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's threats during the Ashura commemoration speech.
Israeli media reported that the Israeli occupation leadership is considering reinforcing its forces on the northern border, against the background of the threats of Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, on Saturday, during the Muharram commemoration of Ashura.
Israeli media indicated that the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, will discuss today, Sunday, with senior Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) officials and Minister of Security Yoav Gallant, the threats propagated by Nasrallah.
Occupation media also mentioned that the IOF will explain to the political administration, "the increasing escalation of danger in the north," noting that "Nasrallah interprets what is happening in the Israeli internal arena as an unprecedented weakness."
In his speech, Nasrallah, after the activities to commemorate the tenth of Muharram, warned Netanyahu saying, "Beware of any foolishness," because the Resistance in Lebanon "will not be complacent and will not abandon its responsibilities of protection or deterrence, and will be ready to face any mistake or act of foolishness."
He recalled that the Israeli enemy had reoccupied part of the town of Ghajar in the past weeks, "and brazenly talks about the resistance's provocations on the borders."
Israeli document: The border posts are not ready for a possible attack by Hezbollah
Simultaneously, a document, titled Strategic Simple Soldier, authored by a member of the IOF reserve who has served at the border revealed a long list of failures, imbalances, and basic shortcomings in the sites located at the border with Lebanon.
In the document, recently authored, the IOF reserve stressed that "these sites will collapse if Hezbollah launches an attack."

It notes that the IOF was prepared for attacks by Hezbollah, including attempts to kidnap and infiltrate, but has not been prepared for “the strategic scenario in which Hezbollah tries to occupy a settlement or an Israeli army site with a force the size of a company, which could end in a major disaster.”
The document expects that Hezbollah's Radwan Force unit, in the event of an attack, will occupy a settlement or site and raise the Hezbollah flag on it, stressing that "the Israeli positions on the borders, in their current situation, are not ready for such a strategic incident."
Moreover, the document stated that these sites "are not only unprepared for fighting at a level commensurate with the threat but rather are not ready for fighting at the level of sites in other positions that are even less dangerous."
