The Israeli occupation army admitted today, Friday, that two soldiers were injured, as the Resistance forces continue to stand up to the invading forces.
In detail, one soldier was injured in the north during confrontations with the Resistance, as reported by the Israeli newspaper The Jerusalem Post.
Meanwhile, The Times of Israel reported that an IOF soldier serving with the 188th Armored Brigade’s 74th Battalion was seriously wounded in the southern Gaza Strip yesterday, the military admitted.
According to an initial IOF probe, the soldier was hit by an accidental misfire.
Mounting casualties
Israeli casualties continue to mount. Just last week, the Israeli occupation army admitted that two soldiers were killed in the Gaza Strip.
Moreover, the Israeli army announced that one soldier was killed and another was injured in Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Strip, in the explosion of a booby-trapped building that the Resistance forces detonated.
On Tuesday, as well, the Israeli army admitted that a soldier was killed in ground battles in the northern Gaza Strip.
According to the Israeli occupation's announcement, the number of soldiers killed has reached 858 since the beginning of the war on October 7, 2023, including 416 who were killed since the start of ground operations in the Strip on the 27th of the same month. It is worth noting that the occupation deliberately conceals the true scale of its losses.
