Palestinian youth Suleiman Mohammad Steiti (31 years old) was killed and others were injured by Israeli occupation gunfire during confrontations after an IOF incursion into Jenin on Thursday evening.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that the injuries, one of which was serious in the abdomen and another moderate in the pelvis, were transfered to Ibn Sina Specialized Hospital.

Israeli occupation forces prevented ambulance crews from reaching the wounded and obstructed their movement in Jenin.

Later, Al Mayadeen's correspondent mentioned that the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire in Jenin has risen to two.

Our correspondent added that Israeli occupation forces are opening fire on mosques, hospitals, and ambulances in the city of Jenin.

In a related context, the Israeli Channel 12 reported the killing of an Israeli reconnaissance officer and the injury of three elite forces soldiers with severe injuries during the confrontations in Jenin.

Earlier in the day, sources confirmed to Al Mayadeen that an ambulance belonging to the Israeli occupation forces was heading to al-Jalamah checkpoint north of Jenin.

Special units of the Israeli occupation army stormed Jenin, simultaneously with the occupation's incursion into the city from various directions.

Confrontations erupted in several neighborhoods in the city, especially in the al-Hadaf neighborhood and around the Jenin refugee camp, during which the occupation forces fired live ammunition, sound grenades, and tear gas with toxic substances, according to Al Mayadeen's correspondent.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade said that an explosive device was detonated on a "Namer" vehicle in the vicinity of the Jenin camp.

Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces stormed on Thursday evening the villages of Ras Karkar and al-Janiyah west of Ramallah. This was accompanied by the closure of the two main entrances to the neighboring villages and the establishment of a military checkpoint between the villages of Deir Ibzi a and Ein Arik.

Israeli media reported on Thursday that an Israeli occupation soldier was killed in a shooting operation and his car overturned near Beit Lid, near Tulkarm in the West Bank.

During the series of incursions carried out by Israeli occupation forces in various areas of the occupied West Bank, confrontations erupted in the village of Dura, south of al-Khalil, and in the al-Tirah neighborhood of Ramallah, where Palestinian Resistance fighters threw homemade grenades at the invading forces.

Additionally, the West Bank witnessed on Wednesday a comprehensive strike in solidarity with the people of Gaza and in condemnation of the ongoing Israeli massacres, the latest of which occurred in the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip. During the strike, demonstrators expressed gratitude to all the forces of resistance in Yemen, Iraq, and Lebanon for joining Al-Aqsa Flood.
