Israelis fear that the developments on the northern border of occupied Palestine with Lebanon are exacerbated, with Israeli officials and media outlets confirming that they do not want a battle with Hezbollah.

The military correspondent at Channel 13, who had initially noted that Hezbollah was testing "Israel," later underscored that the anti-missile strike hit a target in the northern side of occupied Palestinian territories and had "very harsh consequences."

While the correspondent insisted that the consequences "will not be detailed now," he did stress that it's in "Israel's" interest to unequivocally "keep Hezbollah out of the battle."

Fearing a second intelligence and military failure, the correspondent found it necessary to make the statement that "there are thousands of soldiers from the reserve and regular service on the border with Lebanon," attempting "to ensure that what happened to us on Saturday in Gaza, does not happen again."

In turn, Guy Faron, the Channel 12 correspondent pointed out that shelters across all settlements in the northern region of the occupied territories, to a depth of 40 km, face significant issues, adding that all settlers in the settlements adjacent to the border between occupied Palestine and Lebanon, especially "Kiryat Shmona", have been evacuated voluntarily" with no one left there.

The settlers were relocated to central "Israel," confirming that all those present in these settlements are now military personnel, specifically noting there are "a huge number of troops, tanks and armored personnel carriers."

Resistance missiles from avenges martyrs

"The Resistance fighters of the Islamic Resistance targeted the Zionist site of Al-Jardah, opposite the Al-Dhahira area, with guided missiles, which led to a large number of confirmed casualties among the ranks of the occupation forces, including dead and wounded," read a Hezbollah statement, adopting the latest strikes against the Israeli Occupation Forces in the occupied territories.

The statement explained that the targeting was a "firm response to the Zionist attacks on Monday, 10/09/2023, which led to the martyrdom of several Resistance fighters, the martyrs: Hossam Ibrahim, Ali Fattouni, Ali Hodraj."

Moreover, it was underscored that Hezbollah "reaffirms that it will be decisive in its response to the Israeli attacks targeting our country and the security of our people, especially when these attacks lead to the fall of martyrs."

Anti-tank missiles target Israeli military posts

Several anti-tank missiles were launched from southern Lebanon towards northern occupied territories, targeting a military post in a direct hit, according to Al Mayadeen's correspondent, who also noted that the occupation authorities fear an infiltration in the Ras Naqoura area.

After issuing a warning to Ras Naqoura residents to take shelter, Israeli occupation authorities bombarded the outskirts of Al-Dahira and Yarine in southern Lebanon with phosphorus shells.

The Israeli aggression was confirmed by Al Mayadeen's correspondent, adding that the town of Em al-Tout had also been targeted by Israeli Occupation Forces.

According to Israeli media, the bombardment allegedly targeted the location from which the anti-armor missiles were launched

The Channel 13 military correspondent underscored major fears saying that "the question now is whether Hezbollah made the decision to enter the battle or not, and we do not know the answer to this question," asking "Did Nasrallah and the Iranians decide to enter the war? We do not know. We hope they did not take such a decision, but we are preparing for this scenario."

In turn, the former head of the Aman Research Brigade claimed "Hezbollah is currently testing us."

It is important to note that Israeli media admitted to "two casualties" following the targeting of the "Avivim" settlement from southern Lebanon.
