Israeli settlers also stormed several areas, including the al-Malih community in the northern Jordan Valley. In al-Khalil, settlers raided the Old City and the Ibrahimi Mosque, staging a provocative march that extended from the mosque's vicinity to the Usama Bin al-Munqidh School, which Israeli forces had previously seized and converted into a religious institute known as the Beit Romano religious school.
Occupation forces also carried out raids in the towns of Tuqu’, Dar Salah, Za’tara, and Beit Fajjar near Beit Lahm. No arrests were reported in those incursions.
Earlier in the day, Israeli forces arrested three Palestinians from the village of Muthalath al-Shuhada, south of Jenin. Troops also raided several homes, vandalizing property and searching personal belongings.
The Palestinian Prisoners’ Club reported that occupation forces arrested 17-year-old Mohammad Wael Faris Daraghmeh from Tubas after detaining him for several hours at the Hamra military checkpoint.
