Israeli warplanes breach Syrian sovereignty, target Aleppo airport
Israeli aggression targets Syria's Aleppo International Airport for the second time in March of 2023.
On Wednesday morning, Syria's Aleppo International Airport was targeted by Israeli missiles in the second act of aggression in weeks. Syrian news agency SANA confirmed that there were no casualties, and only material damages were reported.
“At about 03: 55 a.m. on Wednesday, the Israeli enemy launched an aerial act of aggression with a number of missiles from the direction of the Mediterranean Sea, west of Latakia, targeting the vicinity of Aleppo International Airport,” a military source said in a statement to SANA.

This is the third Israeli attack on Syria since the beginning of March, and the second that targets Aleppo International Airport. Earlier, on March 7, SANA also reported that Syrian air defenses intercepted hostile targets in the airspace above Aleppo.
